The Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) is an international program assessment to evaluate and determine the education system's effectiveness by focusing on reading, mathematics, science. This study aims analyze differences between PISA reading literacy senior high school in West Sumatera. Reading abilities skills needed everyday life develop students' knowledge potential. method of this was comparative method. Data were taken from 2018, which OECD published, tests made English teachers ten Senior High Schools In addition, used document analysis collect data. at seen eight indicators: cognitive process, form text, types test, situation, question, level text medium, environment. It found that more complex compared school.
